Povilas

Aroma: fresh citrus fruits, vanilla and ripe pears. Some green apples and honey.
Palate: pepper and vanilla, lemon drops some dry wood - bit of sawdust too. Lots of ripe fruits. Baked apples, grass. Finish: ligth and bit dry, notesw of sawdust, grapefruit, some pepper.
Comments: easily drinkable, palate is quiet good. If the price would be of a entry level malt, I would consider it as regular whisky in my bar.

The ratings system that we use is based on personal opinion and reflects only a personal momentary impression about the tasted whiskey. We do not represent any producers of whiskey and we are not in the whiskey business ourselves. However, we have our personal sympathies for particular whiskeys. We are human, therefore the ratings that we give are subjective. Furthermore, they are given with comparisons to other whiskeys in mind. We decided to use convienent and widely used 100 points system.
