Aroma: ripe apples, pears and honey. Orange liqueur and walnuts. I give him time and air. Shy, all notes in balance, all equal. Tones of malt and caramel.
Palate: similar to the araoma. Everything in tune, with slight wood notes. Pepermint, spices, honey. Slightly bitter - cinnamon, coffee, grapefruit peel. Finish: lemon peel, coffee, bitterness.
Comment: great balance, lacks of body and complexity for me. Just lacking something what could please and suprise.

The ratings system that we use is based on personal opinion and reflects only a personal momentary impression about the tasted whiskey. We do not represent any producers of whiskey and we are not in the whiskey business ourselves. However, we have our personal sympathies for particular whiskeys. We are human, therefore the ratings that we give are subjective. Furthermore, they are given with comparisons to other whiskeys in mind. We decided to use convienent and widely used 100 points system.
