Aroma: maritime character - salt, seaweed. Lemon, cut grass.
Palate: salty. Seaweed, salty sea water, liquorice, lemon zest, grapefruit. Pepper and cinnamon. Smoke is very delicate. Finish: salty, spicy with lemon notes.
Comments: very maritime and quiet specific. Smoke notes are almost vanished, lots of salt and bit of spices. Very interesting and nice example, but not superstar.

The ratings system that we use is based on personal opinion and reflects only a personal momentary impression about the tasted whiskey. We do not represent any producers of whiskey and we are not in the whiskey business ourselves. However, we have our personal sympathies for particular whiskeys. We are human, therefore the ratings that we give are subjective. Furthermore, they are given with comparisons to other whiskeys in mind. We decided to use convienent and widely used 100 points system.
