Aroma: black tea, coal smoke, tobacco box, cedarwood. Ashes and no fruit. Pharmacy herbs, dry wood. Water helps to bring some lemon and pepper. Bandages.
Palate: sweet and salty then, spicy dry wood, pepper, black tea, orange peel, smoked fish. Water gives te opportunity to open maritime style even better, complemented by lemon zest. Salt and ashes are very present. Finish: mint, burned wood. Traces of coffee and grass.
Comment: boringly good. But I can't get enough of this style.

The ratings system that we use is based on personal opinion and reflects only a personal momentary impression about the tasted whiskey. We do not represent any producers of whiskey and we are not in the whiskey business ourselves. However, we have our personal sympathies for particular whiskeys. We are human, therefore the ratings that we give are subjective. Furthermore, they are given with comparisons to other whiskeys in mind. We decided to use convienent and widely used 100 points system.
