Aroma: baked nuts, lemons, oranges and little dash of honey. Toffee, burned wood, sea voice, herbs. Lemon and smoke are taking the field. I just need bit of water to open it up. Water helps to bring sweet peaty fruity character - apples, grapefruits, peppermint.
Palate: sweet in the beginning, then saltier and saltier. Ashes, burned wood, black tea, grapefruits. Perfect - so nawwor maritime, clean character. Water doesn't make big changes - bit more citrus fruits. Finish: long, salty, with ashes, black tea and orange peel.
Comment: just fine for my taste. Typical tune of salt and smoke here is even more finer and more delicate. It's just me maybe, but I just love this style.

The ratings system that we use is based on personal opinion and reflects only a personal momentary impression about the tasted whiskey. We do not represent any producers of whiskey and we are not in the whiskey business ourselves. However, we have our personal sympathies for particular whiskeys. We are human, therefore the ratings that we give are subjective. Furthermore, they are given with comparisons to other whiskeys in mind. We decided to use convienent and widely used 100 points system.
