Aroma: significant vanilla notes, bit of dry smoke, grinded coffee, spice herbs and sawdust. Some orange peels with sugar.
Palate: sweet vanilla ntoes with fresh cut grass, bananas and caramel. Orange with pepper, dry smoke and cacao. Finish: sweet, caramel with spices.
Comments: according to my notes and memory, this one is notch better then the previous version. And really different. This one is modern, drinkable blend. Not to much sweeteness to overwhelm delicate marimte smoky character. Good step forward in sens of taste and design - I really like the bottle and label!

The ratings system that we use is based on personal opinion and reflects only a personal momentary impression about the tasted whiskey. We do not represent any producers of whiskey and we are not in the whiskey business ourselves. However, we have our personal sympathies for particular whiskeys. We are human, therefore the ratings that we give are subjective. Furthermore, they are given with comparisons to other whiskeys in mind. We decided to use convienent and widely used 100 points system.
